  • This is a website for our graduated program students.
  • This course shall introduce students to the sources of international criminal law, the procedures and the activity of institutions dispensing international criminal justice.

  • This course composes lectures given by Prof. CHEN Ruihua, SHEN Kui, YE Jingyi and other guest speakers from home and abroad (mainly domestic?) in the field of human rights. The lectures concern many issues such as criminal procedures and human rights protection, administrative law and human rights protection, labor rights, women's rights, rights of the child, minority rights, anti-discrimination, international refugees law, roles of NGOs, etc.
  • The purpose of this course is to ensure that students understand the basic theory and principles of the rule of law and human rights. This is the foundation for understanding human rights law.
  • This course offers students a thorough overview of the international human rights monitoring mechanisms and the inter-relationship among them. It complements the compulsory course “ Core Rights”.
  • The purpose of this course is to introduce students to the core human rights treaties. It complements the compulsory course ‘Mechanisms for Human Rights Protection’.
