  This course composes lectures given by Prof. CHEN Ruihua, SHEN Kui, YE Jingyi and other guest speakers from home and abroad (mainly domestic?) in the field of human rights. The lectures concern many issues such as criminal procedures and human rights protection, administrative law and human rights protection, labor rights, women's rights, rights of the child, minority rights, anti-discrimination, international refugees law, roles of NGOs, etc.
• Rule of Law and Human Rights 法治与人权

    

  The purpose of this course is to ensure that students understand the basic theory and principles of the rule of law and human rights. This is the foundation for understanding human rights law.
• International Human Rights Mechanisms 人权保护机制

  This course offers students a thorough overview of the international human rights monitoring mechanisms and the inter-relationship among them. It complements the compulsory course “ Core Rights”.
